Hi, I'm glad I can welcome you here. Althouht we have so far no questions to you, I think english is the best way to understanding, coz the Czech republic damned both Germany and France on 30th September of 1938 :-) --Vygoš 22. 12. 2009, 10:59 (UTC)
- Hm, I can understand you damned Germany, but why'd they damn France? Anyway, I think I'll browse through your featured articles and see if there's anything there worth translating to Dutch (of course, that mainly means I'll be looking at the looks of it, since I don't speak Czech.) I may be asking someone for a translation to English soon, who can do that here? | Lars863 | 22. 12. 2009, 11:10 (UTC)
- It's boring, but sad history...before the second world war, Czechoslovakia had an ally treaty with Soviet union and also with France. When the conference in Münich come, so called allied had sacrified our state. Now about articles...we are sure able to translate it, but I doubt here's nobody willing to do it....maybe in the course of time ...Or I can translate the names of articles. But for your control would be the best to use some of web-translators I think. You can also check our category of states, if you want to, It can't be too dificult to realise about which country the article is. So good luck and see you here! --Vygoš 22. 12. 2009, 16:40 (UTC)
- It´s Vygoš´s personal opinion, I have nothing again Germany and if I have some bad meaning about France it is no beacause of Munich. Munich is a bad dream for some so-called Czechs but by my opinion it was failure of Czechoslovak foreign policy, not of Allies. I am glad that the stupid Czechoslovakia exists no more.
Back to translations: I think, there is nobody on our Uncy, who would be able and have time to translate articles from others Uncyclopedias. I translated some 5 articles from German and English Uncy and they were not accepted here very well, I tried to translate two my articles into German and it was not very good German... --Karkos 23. 12. 2009, 10:01 (UTC)- I agree, it is really just my opinion, but at most, it is the so-called humorous reaction to your suggestion if there is someone speaking german or french, so don't think we are anti germanic and anti french nacionalist :-) --Vygoš 23. 12. 2009, 11:07 (UTC)

Foreign Times[editovat zdroj]
The Foreign Office Project has a sort of newspaper, now, called the Foreign Times. Since there's no Ambassador here, I guess I'll post it on my Uživatel. Maybe a peek into the glorious project will get your interest awakened, so that we can call off this bloody Sudetenland Invasion. so that some Czech treasures can be shared. | Lars863 | 26. 12. 2009, 15:16 (UTC)
- Can you post here some links to these "foreing projects"? If we'll find it good, maybe we'll join into it (when they were offering us joining into this project it sound like a nonsense, but maybe we were wrong and ii is really usefull). --Vygoš 26. 12. 2009, 15:21 (UTC)
- Sure, the "main page" is over here, the main workers are Sid, Czar Praetorian, and Lars. Right now, I am working on an article on Galileo Galilei over here, the English framework should still be over here somewhere. Anyway, just browse around and see if you're interested. | Lars863 | 26. 12. 2009, 15:47 (UTC)
New contacts[editovat zdroj]
I am interested inmaking contacts with uncyclopedians all around the world, but I am not sure whould do you want me to do - to translate our articles to other languages or to transale foreign articles to czech? I am not sure if it has some real sence, we tried to translate some articles from english uncy, but they were not as good as our original ones. --Vygoš 31. 3. 2010, 21:24 (UTC)
