:Hey there! Wikia's policies are violated when, in our judgment, there's pornographic, explicit, or inappropriate nudity. In that Budweiser frogs example, the women are topless and the intent of the image is obviously prurient. Same with the see-through top. What I'd do if I were you is place a black bar over breasts and genitals - that's typically been good enough for us. If you'd like examples, I can give them to you.
